This OEM Chicago Pneumatic service kit contains all filters required to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 4,000 run hours, whichever occurs first

This service kit includes the following parts:

• Air filter element 6211 4739 50 – removes dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• Oil filter element 6211 4726 50 – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• Oil separator element 6221 3728 50 – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream

This service kit does not include oil. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service. One gallon is typically needed for this size of compressor. If lubricant oil is needed, Rotair Plus is the best OEM oil to use in the QRS compressors.

The 2200 9036 60 service kit will fit most QRS 7.5HP and QRS10HP air compressors that were manufactured AFTER September 2021. This part number is sometimes shown as and 2200903660.
