Chicago Pneumatic RCP-C7583V Premium Package 7.5hp, 208-230/3/60hz, 80 Gallon Air Compressor, 24cfm 175psi
The Chicago Pneumatic RCP-C7583V compressor is a premium package three phase 7.5hp air compressor mounted on an 80 gallon vertical air receiver. This is their premium model includes the following benefits:
- Aftercooler: This belt guard aftercooler will cool the air prior to entering the receiver tank. The aftercooler lets water vapors condense, removing about 60% of the moisture from the compressed air.
- Automatic tank drain valve: This is installed on the bottom of the tank. It will automatically open at set time intervals to purge the water out automatically. 110v power is required
- Low oil level shutdown switch: Will shut off the compressor if the pump runs low on oil, preventing a pump seizure.
The Chicago Pneumatic RCPC7583V utilizes an all cast iron piston compressor pump. This pump is built to last and features a finned discharge tube for cooler operation, tapered roller bearings, and automotive style wrist pins for increased lifespan. Inside of the pump, disc and spring valves are utilized rather than reed or finger valves. Disc valves are more reliable and can be changed without pulling the entire pump apart.
This C1 pump from Chicago Pneumatic is paired with an industrial grade and high quality Baldor motor. The RCP-C7583V is a 7.5hp three phase air compressor on an 80 gallon receiver. The pump is pre-filled with oil and the compressor is “plug and play” – simply connect power to the compressor and it’s ready to run.
This Chicago Pneumatic compressor is part of their “Iron Series” product line featuring an all cast iron pump with a 2 Year CP Secure Warranty with no additional purchase required.
