Ingersoll Rand OEM FA490IH High Efficiency Replacement Filter Element – 24242273

24242273 is a replacement filter element for the FA490IH inline filter manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. This filter fits their newer F series cast filters. 24242273 fits the FA490IH housing and the replacement element does include a housing o-ring for a reduced leak rate.

FA490IH is a high efficiency coalescing oil removal filter. This is used to remove dust, debris and particles from the airstream down to .01 micron. This also removes oil aerosol contents down to 0.01mg/m3. This filter should always be preceded by a general purpose element.

The F series filters are designed for easy replacement compared to competitive filters. They feature a no-touch element replacement for faster and cleaner maintenance. The entire assembly also requires minimal clearance for bowl removal.
