The Ingersoll Rand 42684795 inlet valve gasket sits between the main inlet valve and airend assembly. Two gaskets are used and there is a separate baffle sandwiched between the. This is a square shaped seal with 4 holes on the corners where the bolts would go through.

If your inlet valve is leaking oil and air is escaping between the unloader and airend the gasket needs to be replaced and two are required. It is also recommended to replace these gaskets whenever the inlet valve is repaired or replaced.
