Synthetic Food Grade Oil for Piston and Reciprocating Air Compressors, 30 Weight Non-Detergent, 1 Quart

PC100FG-Q is a full synthetic non-detergent oil designed for use in the food service industry. This ISO 100 / SAE30 weight food grade oil can be used in both piston and reciprocating air compressors. Food grade lubricant should be used if your facility utilizes compressed air that may come into contact with food or beverages.

Our piston air compressor oil meets USDA 1998 (H1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact) and are manufactured in an ISO 21469 certified facility.

Tests have shown that PC100FG can last up to 8,000 hours in the field, however we do recommend changing the oil once per year on a proactive basis. PC100FG can be used in new compressor pumps that have not been put into operation. It can also be used in compressors currently in operation. If you are currently using conventional piston compressor oil, you will want to perform at least two oil changes when converting over to food grade compressor oil. Simply drain out the existing oil, fill with food grade oil, run the compressor for 20 minutes, then change the oil once more.
